Our Christmas stay was overall a good experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to many local attractions. We enjoyed daily cleanings of our room by friendly staff and the breakfast offered at a nearby cafe was a nice touch. The room itself was quite comfortable, and it was nice to have tea provided.
The noise from the street could be quite loud at night and sometimes carried on into the early morning. the shower had some issues with hot water and we could not get the AC to work properly.

As someone who loves to explore new cities, I couldn't have asked for a better location in terms of transportation. Being in front of a subway station and close to the harbor made it easy for me to move around this city efficiently. The hotel facilities were also up to mark, and the cleanliness was pretty good too. Moreover, the breakfast provided was a big plus, and the staff was not only friendly but also accommodating to any request I made.
Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, right in front of the University subway station and close to the harbour. It's really convenient for exploring the ancient city of Naples and the beautiful bay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing lots of interesting tips for local restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds that were surprisingly comfortable for a 3-star hotel.
The only issue I encountered during my stay was a slight smell in the bathroom. However, overall, everything was great!

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing us with useful information about the area. the location was ideal, with key landmarks just a short walk away and easy access to public transportation. We particularly enjoyed the spacious and modern room, complete with well-furnished kitchen and comfortable beds.
Although the room was generally quiet, occasional noise from adjacent areas could be heard. We also found the cupboards in the kitchen to be quite high, which may pose a challenge for some guests.

The hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and the harbour, allowing for easy access to explore the city. the room was spacious and well, furnished with comfortable beds. the staff was welcoming and helpful, even arranging a non, sweet breakfast option for a diabetic guest. Plus, the airport bus stop was just a five, minute walk away.
The noise from traffic and neighboring rooms could be heard from the room, which was a bit of a disturbance during the night.
